Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information — your name and email from Google Sign-In when you register, plus the business details you enter (business name, phone, address, country).
• Business data you create — products, invoices, stock, staff accounts, and (for clinics) patient and appointment records. This data belongs to you.
• Staff login data — usernames and securely hashed passwords for the staff members you add.
• Usage & security data — sign-in activity, an audit log of key actions, and standard technical logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To provide and operate the service and your account.
• To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail.
• To provide business support when you ask for it.
• To send essential service messages (e.g. trial or plan notices).

We do not sell your data or your customers’/patients’ data to anyone. We do not use your business data for advertising.

If you run a clinic or store business records, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the appropriate consent to store it. You can export or delete it at any time.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run ProjectRD:

• Hosting & database — cloud infrastructure providers that store the app and your data securely.
• Google Sign-In — for authentication only; we receive your name and email, nothing more.
• Payment processor — when paid plans launch, a payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay/Cashfree) will handle billing. We never see or store full card details.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can access, correct, export (CSV/Excel), or request deletion of your data at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your business data, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

We protect your data with role-based access controls, encrypted connections, hashed passwords, an audit trail, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you of any breach that affects you as required by law.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
