Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and the staff accounts you create. Keep your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to run the business you register.

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Don’t store data you have no right to store, and comply with the laws that apply to your business (including any handling of patient or business records).

ProjectRD offers paid plans, each starting with a 1-month free trial and no card required upfront. Access is suspended if the trial or paid term ends without an active subscription, until you choose and pay for a plan. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Prices and plan limits are shown in the app and may change with notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your business data is yours. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it anytime. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or update features. We keep regular backups but recommend you also export important data periodically.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we’re legally required to remove. On termination you can request an export of your data within a reasonable period.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectRD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. ProjectRD is a tool to help you run your business; it is not legal, tax, medical, or accounting advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
